NORMAN PARK, Ga. — It was all Hudson O’Neal during Tuesday night’s South Georgia Showdown sanctioned by the Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series at Needmore Speedway.
O’Neal started outside the front row and led every lap of the 40-lap main event aboard the Rumley Engineering Longhorn.
He earned $10,000 for his first victory of the season.
Ethan Dotson romped from 14th starting position and passed Mark Whitener on the final lap to finish second.
Whitener, Kyle Bronson and Drake Troutman rounded out the top five.
Whitener was the fast qualifier for the 27-car field with a lap of 14.205 seconds.
