Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa had a brutally sincere admission for what he sees as the largest motive why his staff has underperformed expectations in 2024.
Tagovailoa was requested Wednesday if he was shocked by the staff’s 5-7 report at this level within the season. The quarterback responded by saying he blamed himself and the concussion he suffered in Week 2 that saved him out for 4 video games at a key level within the marketing campaign.
“Very shocked. I don’t assume that reveals the character of who we’re as a staff, doesn’t present the work that we’ve put on this offseason collectively. No one else will say it however me: I really feel like this has quite a bit to do with myself placing myself in hurt’s manner within the second recreation, happening, mainly leaving my guys out to dry,” Tagovailoa stated.
