Caroline Garcia will arrive on the Completely satisfied Slam in a constructive place.

Former world No. 4 Garcia shared her mind-set in an impressed social media put up as she prepares for her main return on the 2025 Australian Open.

The 2022 WTA Finals champion Garcia is embracing the challenges and journey of life on the professional tour.

“Most days, I discover pleasure within the course of, however there are moments when the shadows creep in—the worry of failure, the worry of not being sufficient,” Garcia shared on social media. “These ideas can really feel overwhelming, however I’ve come to appreciate that the true failure could be giving into them, letting them outline me.

“I wish to uncover what it means to play for me—to chase my very own objectives, to search out my very own causes, to lastly uncover the enjoyment in being a tennis participant. To not let others outline me.

“I don’t need successful a Grand Slam or returning to the Prime 5 to be my purpose anymore. I need these achievements to be the result—the results of being completely happy, working exhausting and constantly enhancing as a participant and as an individual.”

The 31-year-old Garcia has gained 11 singles titles and eight doubles championships in her profession.
