That is the seventh week of our summer time cross-country mileage program, which will get you into form a bit of extra every day. That is for August 22, 2024, Day 4 of Week 7.

Week 7, Day 4, Summer season Mileage Program

Welcome to the second day within the seventh week of the 2024 Summer season Mileage Program, which runs for ten weeks till mid-September.

Our objective is to construct you into a powerful cross-country runner. 

This week is week seven. Your trip is over. Now could be the time to construct constant constructing blocks to being one powerful cross-country runner. We need to assist all 560,000 girls and boys in highschool cross nation! We like it! You’re getting stronger every day!

It’s Thursday

It is a restoration day.

Heat-up, 60-minute hill fartlek, 4 x 5 minutes up hill exhausting, 5 minutes restoration, 10 minutes average prior and 10 minutes average after,
