Jon Rahm gained his first LIV Golf title on Sunday when teammate Tyrrell Hatton missed a 6-foot par putt on No. 18 that might have compelled a playoff at LIV United Kingdom in Rocester, England.

Rahm carded a 4-under-par 67 to complete forward by one stroke at 13-under 271 at JCB Golf and Nation Membership. The Spaniard recorded 5 birdies at Nos. 2, 6, 10, 12 and 13 earlier than making his lone bogey with a three-putt on the par-3, 231-yard No. 17 and shutting out with a par.

The captain of the victorious Legion XIII workforce, Rahm completed one gap forward of England’s Hatton, who was tied at 13 underneath earlier than his putt at No. 18 slid to the precise of the opening.

“I stated early on, I attempted to set the tone to the workforce and simply make it clear that the objective is to win, and I am simply glad that we’re getting it accomplished,” Rahm stated.

Smith is captain of all-Australia Ripper GC, which completed second at 23 underneath. Matt Jones (4 underneath), Lucas Herbert (5 underneath) and Wade Ormsby (even) figured within the scoring.

Crushers GC and Smash GC tied for third at 20 underneath.
