Our coaching weeks start on Monday.

That is your every day coaching for Monday, Might 27, 2024.

That is week 12, day 1.

You want a simple day after a race on Saturday and a long term on Sunday.

Heat-up,

45-55 minutes of average operating,

6×150 meter stride-outs,

cooldown,

Larry’s Deep Ideas:

It’s two days since Pre and I’ve not come down from the Bowerman Mile, the Ladies’s 10,000m, nor the Ladies’s 800 meters! Keely Hodgkinson, the British 800-meter star, ran her most spectacular race at Pre. Working towards Mary Moraa, the World Champion and somebody who beat her in 2022 on the Commonwealth Video games, by taking management at 600 meters and dominating the race, ensuring that nobody might catch her!

The arrogance on her face and the smile after the race confirmed that the work she put in and her dominating model have been simply what she wanted to do to place her in entrance of the pack for Paris 2024!

Whenever you dream, dream BIG!
