The Los Angeles Dodgers signed lefty reliever Matt Gage to a minor league deal.

The Dodgers introduced again the southpaw after he was designated for task by the Boys in Blue on Tuesday and launched on Wednesday.
The workforce brings again Gage, as they may want some bullpen depth at Triple-A Oklahoma Metropolis. The 31-year-old posted a 4.48 ERA and a 1.64 WHIP in 37.1 innings with the Houston Astros’ Triple-A affiliate final season. Gage has but to pitch within the massive leagues in 2024.
Gage pitched in 5 video games for the Houston Astros within the massive leagues final season. He recorded a 2.70 ERA, eight strikeouts, allowed solely two earned runs, and a 1.35 WHIP in 6.2 innings and 5 video games. Gage has a profession 1.83 ERA, 20 strikeouts and a 1.07 WHIP in 19.2 innings.
