President of the United States Donald Trump is expected to make an appearance later tonight (Sat., June 7, 2025) at UFC 316 LIVE on ESPN+ pay-per-view (PPV) from inside Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, which will feature a main event rematch between reigning UFC bantamweight champion Merab Dvalishvili and UFC superstar Sean O’Malley.
According to USA Today, the White House confirmed Trump’s weekend schedule and it included a cageside stopover at UFC 316 in Newark.
This isn’t anything new, but it’s always cool to see Trump make the walk with UFC CEO Dana White by his side and watch the fights firsthand. Just this past April the President attended UFC 314 in Miami, Fla., and received a massive ovation. Before that, Trump joined Elon Musk and RFK Jr. to watch Jon Jones decimate Stipe Miocic at UFC 309 in New York City.
Earlier this week, oddsmakers took a stab at predicting whether or not Trump would make another UFC appearance this weekend in New Jersey. Trump came in at -200 odds to show up at UFC 316 and watch O’Malley try to win back his belt. It was +150 odds for the President to stay at home and skip his next walk to the Octagon.
Looks like Trump will be attending UFC 316 after all and should make his walk right around the start of the ESPN+ PPV main card beginning at 10 p.m. ET.
