UFC Vegas 107 is now in the books, and the event delivered some noteworthy moments throughout the night.

Several notable fighters competed on the fight card, including Mateusz Gamrot, Ketlen Viera, Dustin Jacoby, and Jordan Leavitt.

Maycee Barber Withdraws From UFC Vegas 107, Four Fighters Win Bonuses

Erin Blanchfield and Maycee Barber were the scheduled headliners for the event. The latter missed weight by half a pound, causing the fight to be moved to catchweight (126.5 pounds). Just minutes before the main event, it was announced that Barber had pulled out of the fight due to seizures, and the fight was cancelled.

Barber has pulled out of UFC fights on multiple occasions now, and this was the second time she withdrew from competing against Blanchfield.

During an interview backstage with Megan Olivi, Blanchfield called Barber “unprofessional” and said she would not entertain another matchup with her.

“No. My coaches right away were like, ‘Don’t entertain her. She’s not on your level.’ Super unprofessional.”

Ramiz Brahimaj and Billy Ray Goff locked horns in a welterweight scrap on the main card of UFC Vegas 107. The fight proved to be a short-lived affair as Brahimaj trapped his opponent in a guillotine choke and submitted him.

The 32-year-old was awarded a “Performance of the Night” bonus and took home an extra sum of $50,000.

Dustin Jacoby and Bruno Lopes squared off in a light heavyweight showdown at UFC Vegas 107. Jacoby ran through his opponent and brutally knocked him out just under two minutes into the fight.

Dustin Jacoby (@Thehanyakdj) is now tied for 4th most knockouts in modern light heavyweight history with six.

“The Hanyak” now holds the record for the fourth-most knockout victories (6) in the modern 205-pound division.

Jordan Leavitt and Kurt Holobaugh went toe-to-toe in a lightweight bout on the prelims of the May 31 card. Leavitt made quick work of Holobaugh and submitted him with an anaconda choke in the opening minutes of the fight.

Leavitt was also named among the winners of the “Performance of the Night” bonus and took home an additional $50,000.

A strawweight matchup between Alice Ardelean and Rayanne dos Santos opened the fight card of the event. The fight proved to be fireworks, and both fighters gave good accounts of themselves.

The bout lasted all 15 minutes and ended in a unanimous decision victory for Ardelean. The three judges scored the contest 30-27, 29-28, and 29-28 in favor of the 33-year-old. The contest was awarded the “Fight of the Night” honors, and both fighters took home a bonus cheque of $50,000 each.
