Manchester City are interested in signing Pedro Porro from Premier League rivals Tottenham Hotspur in the summer transfer window, according to TBR. The reigning Premier League champions are on the hunt for a new right-back as a long-term replacement for Kyle Walker, and they are keen on a deal for Porro.
Porro was on the books of Man City from 2019 until 2022, but he failed to make an impact in the first spell and had loan spells at Spanish club Real Valladolid and Portuguese outfit Sporting Lisbon. The 25-year-old moved to Tottenham in 2023, initially on a loan spell, and has scored 10 goals and given 19 assists in 100 appearances for the North London club.
According to TBR, Tottenham are willing to sell Porro in the summer transfer window. Spurs chairman Daniel Levy wants £50 million for the Spain international right-back. Tottenham, who have reached the semi-finals of the Europa League this season, believe that Djed Spence is their long-term right-back.
