Hugo Yimga Moukouri – 6’8, 220 PF (France) – Pole France INSEP ParisIn four games at ANGT Belgrade, Moukouri averaged 17.0 points, 5.8 rebounds, and 1.8 assists per game, while playing 28 minutes per contest. He shot an impressive 60.6% inside the arc (20-of-33), but just 21.4% from three (3-of-14). From the free throw line, he converted 79.2% (19-of-24). Despite a lack of blocks, he was one of France’s most consistent contributors. He showed physicality, the ability to finish through contact, and strong rebounding instincts. His perimeter shooting and off-the-dribble range need improvement, but he can guard multiple positions effectively thanks to his strength and mobility.
Aaron Towo-Nansi – 5’9, 154 PG (France) – U18 Next Gen TeamAt just 15 years old, Towo-Nansi was one of the most dynamic players in Belgrade. He averaged 20.5 points, 4.2 assists, and 2.8 rebounds while playing 29 minutes per game. He also led the tournament in steals with 3.0 per game. He shot 46.9% on two-pointers (15-of-32), 38.5% from three (10-of-26), and 84.6% from the line (22-of-26). Despite his size, his court vision, ambidextrous finishing, and transition speed made him a nightmare to contain. His biggest question at the next level is how his size holds up defensively, but his overall game is mature beyond his years.
Diego Garavaglia – 6’7, 202 SF (Italy) – EA7 Emporio Armani MilanGaravaglia was among the most well-rounded players, averaging 12.5 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 4.2 assists over four games. He added 3.0 steals per game and was active on both ends. He shot 50% from two (15-of-30) but struggled from deep (15.4% on 2-of-13). He hit 73.7% from the free throw line (14-of-19). Strong with the ball and aggressive in attacking, he is a versatile offensive threat. He needs to refine his outside shooting, but has strong two-way potential.
Helmuts Petrovics – 6’4 SG/PG (Latvia) – Joventut BadalonaPetrovics contributed 10.5 points, 7.0 assists, and 4.2 rebounds per game while playing 28 minutes. Lazar Stojkovic – 6’10 PF/C (Serbia) – Crvena Zvezda BelgradeStojkovic averaged 13.0 points, 8.0 rebounds, and 3.2 assists in four games. He added 3.0 blocks per game, showing great rim protection. He shot 51.6% on twos (16-of-31), 20% from deep (2-of-10), and 77.8% from the line (14-of-18). Known for his fluidity and versatility, he can play inside and out. His shooting form is promising, and he moves well for his size, though strength and contact balance remain areas for growth.
Noa Kouakou-Heugue – 6’10 PF/SF (France) – INSEP ParisNamed tournament MVP, Heugue averaged 15.5 points, 8.0 rebounds, and 2.5 assists per game. He shot 55.6% inside the arc (20-of-36), 33.3% from three (1-of-3), and 79.2% from the stripe (19-of-24). His versatility, athleticism, and defensive switchability were unmatched. With elite defensive tools and strong offensive instincts around the rim, he led France to the title and a spot in the final tournament.
