Stephen Curry delivered a jaw-dropping performance on Tuesday night, leading the Golden State Warriors to a 134-125 victory over the Memphis Grizzlies with a stunning 52-point effort. Curry’s remarkable performance, which included 12 three-pointers, helped the Warriors surpass Memphis for the fifth spot in the Western Conference standings. Curry’s shooting was extraordinary, hitting 12 of 20 from beyond the arc and finishing with 52 points, 10 rebounds, 8 assists, 5 steals, and 1 block. The win also gave Golden State a 3-1 season series victory over the Grizzlies, giving them a crucial two-game lead in the standings.

Curry’s remarkable first half, in which he scored 32 points and made 8 of 10 three-pointers, set the tone early for the game. Warriors coach Steve Kerr was in awe of Curry’s ability to score with defenders all over him, calling his performance “incredible.” This was Curry’s 27th game with at least 10 made three-pointers, extending his own NBA record. He also passed Jerry West on the all-time scoring list, a moment that was emotional for Curry, who reflected on West’s legacy in the NBA.

Despite Curry’s brilliant night, his longtime teammate, Draymond Green, downplayed the performance when asked if it was Curry’s best. Green, who has played with Curry for 15 years, pointed out that there were too many great games to pick just one. Nevertheless, Curry’s display was a reminder of his greatness, and his leadership continues to carry the Warriors.

With the victory, Golden State improved to a 44-31 record, moving ahead of Memphis in the standings. The Warriors now look forward to a showdown with LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers on Thursday, with both teams vying for a higher seed in the tight Western Conference playoff race. Curry’s hot streak continues, and his role in the Warriors’ playoff push remains critical as the season heads into its final stretch.
