Three arrests for the March 8 raid on Trump Turnberry, the Scottish resort in South Ayrshire owned by the US president. They are a couple aged 75 and 66 and a 33-year-old. The former are said to be responsible for the writing Gaza is not for sale and other acts of vandalism on the greens of the prestigious course. The younger man is said to have defaced the clubhouse with red paint.
All three are now free but the courtrooms will open for them. The 33-year-old will appear on Monday. Local authorities have confirmed that investigations into the episode are ongoing.

The action of March 8 was claimed by the activist group Palestine Action. It was a protest against the proposal put forward by Trump for the United States to take control of the Gaza Strip. Despite still being part of the rotating host clubs of The Open, Trump Turnberry has not hosted the Major since 2009.
