West Ham United are interested in signing Jonathan David in the summer transfer window, according to TuttoJuve. David is out of contract at Lille at the end of the season, and the report in the Italian news outlet has claimed that Premier League club West Ham are keen on securing his services on a free transfer.
Juventus are also said to be interested in a deal for the Canada international striker. The Serie A giants could sign David as a potential replacement for Dusan Vlahovic. The 25-year-old has scored 13 goals and given three assists in 18 Ligue 1 starts so far this season and found the back of the net 19 times and provided four assists in 30 league starts in the 2023-24 campaign.
West Ham are 15th in the Premier League table at the moment with 33 points from 27 matches, while Lille currently find themselves fifth in the Ligue 1 standings with 41 points from 24 games, five points behind third-placed Nice.
