The 2024 Cross Nation season is right here! 

The 2024 Cross Nation season is attending to the excessive season!

560-570,000 highschool girls and boys will run cross nation throughout the fifty U.S. states in 2024.

(Cross-country can also be large in Europe, Asia, and Africa!)

Cross Nation has been round for a number of hundred years, beginning within the 1830s-1840s in England with hounds and harrier runs. A few of these runs

Heat-up effectively,

5k to 8k XC race, 20 minutes of operating, average to simple.
